- A 30-minute kickoff meeting to define the specific challenge, set a clear objective, and determine which materials require my review.
- An in-depth review of relevant materials conducted in the week leading up to our meeting to diagnose specific gaps and opportunities.
- A 90-minute strategy session to dive below the surface-level symptoms and into the work required to address the specific challenge we identified.
- A next steps blueprint that includes a recording and transcript of the session, a detailed memorandum, and resources to help you move forward.

This intensive engagement helps you define your body of work and map your path to high-visibility publications. It is a prerequisite to the long-term strategic thought partnership.
Engagement Architecture:
- A 30-minute kickoff meeting to define your objectives, align on expectations, and identify the existing materials that will serve as the foundation of your body of work.
- A one-hour strategy session to map your business goals to specific messaging platforms and identify at least three high-visibility publications that position you as the obvious choice.
- A one-hour strategy session to define your BIG idea and the core themes of your that form a framework for your body of work and differentiate you from your peers.
- A one-hour strategy session to develop an editorial calendar outlining six article concepts tailored to your target publications.
- A next steps blueprint that includes a recording, transcript, detailed memorandum, and resources to help you move forward.

Engagement Architecture:
- A one-hour strategy session each month to review your progress, address emerging opportunities, and define the objectives for your next article.
- A comprehensive developmental edit of one flagship article each month. This includes a rigorous review of your logic and narrative structure to ensure the piece enhances your body of work.
- An optional live review after each round of edits to discuss recommended changes to the structure, argument, or logic of your article.
- A professional editor on-demand with unlimited email access and 15-minute laser coaching sessions to discuss new opportunities, clarify next steps, or respond to editorial inquiries and suggestions.
