These strategy sessions are designed to address your most pressing needs. This is the ideal entry point if you need to untangle a complex strategic knot. This service includes:
- A 30-minute kickoff meeting to develop an agenda, determine the goal for the strategy session, and identify required materials to be reviewed.
- An in-depth review of relevant materials sent at least one week before our meeting so I can conduct any required research and diagnose gaps and opportunities.
- A 90-minute strategy session to dive into the work and solve the specific challenge we identified.
- A follow-up email with a recording and transcript of the session, a detailed memorandum, and resources to help you move forward.

This intensive engagement helps you develop your publication roadmap and body of work. It is a prerequisite to the long-term strategic thought partnership. This service includes:
- A 30-minute kickoff meeting to develop a timeline, align on expectations, and request materials for review.
- A one-hour strategy session to clarify your business goals, review your publication roadmap, and identify up to three publications that will help you reach the right audience and achieve your objectives.
- A one-hour strategy session to define your body of work to position you as an authority in your field.
- A one-hour strategy session to develop an editorial calendar with six articles tailored to your target publication.
- After each session, you will receive a follow-up email with the recording and transcript, a detailed memorandum, and resources.

This three-month, renewable engagement is exclusively available to clients who already have a publication roadmap. It offers a combination of structure and flexibility to ensure you publish consistently, without the struggle. Monthly services include:
- A one-hour strategy session to set realistic goals and deadlines for the month, discuss new opportunities, and address questions.
- A developmental edit of one original article with optional meetings after each round of edits to review recommended changes.
- Unlimited email access and 15-minute laser coaching sessions to discuss new opportunities, clarify next steps, or respond to editorial inquiries and suggestions.
Fee: $1,500 per month
